So I am guessing that you are here because you are not feeling great about yourself right now. Maybe the weight has been slowly creeping on and now you hate how you look and feel. Confidence is Low. Or maybe you are in a fitness rut and need that extra boost to get you going again. I know that you are probably lacking motivation and you know you need to make some changes, but you don’t really know what or how.
Luckily I am here to help. I understand how you are feeling. Over the years I have worked with many people just like you who thought that they were beyond help. They weren’t and you are not either. I am not going to tell you that it is going to be easy though. Losing weight and getting fitter takes time and hard work and you need to be prepared to consistently put in the effort to get the results. However, you can be reassured that I will be the there to guide you the whole way through. Personal Training with me is not just an hour a week and then “bye, see you in 6 days time”. I will become part of your life and as one client says, it will be like you have a mini – Nicole on your shoulder telling you to stop every time you reach for a biscuit.
I am based in Turriff, Aberdeenshire, where I have a private, very secluded space inside and outside where sessions take place and where you can concentrate on getting fit.
