A little bit about me...
My Mission is to build the understanding of fitness and nutrition in everyone I work with; instilling you with the courage and energy to make life-enhancing changes.
Life is all about taking action. You can think and plan forever but nothing will ever change if you live that way. I believe in taking action to live the life that I want that will make me fulfilled and happy. I know it sounds a bit airy-fairy, but at the same time if I am not going to take control of my life for myself, no one else is going to do it for me. You can do the same too…

I am a REPS Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer and an EIF Certified Master Trainer & Exercise Specialist. I am also an EIF Certified Fitness, Motivation & Nutrition Coach. I am fully insured with the National Register of Personal Trainers (NRPT) and I have completed my Emergency First Aid at Work training. Most importantly I love what I do and I want to be able to share my knowledge to help others on their own fitness journeys.
