With One – to one Personal Training we will start by setting out your goals and the steps to get you there.
Your Progress is tracked on a weekly and monthly basis through measuring, weighing, fitness ability and importantly how you are feeling.
The weight-loss process can be tough and sometimes you feel like you are alone. Train with me and you can ask any questions, any time or just off – load to me if and when you feel the need. That’s what I am here for.
And the Outcome?…will this depends on you.

Personal training costs start from £140 per month and actual cost does depend on how many times a week I see you and what your requirements are. This will be a worthwhile investment in your future – self if you are ready to put the energy commitment in. I know I am ready, the question is are you?
