NICOLE WRIGHT


I've been a personal trainer since 2015, helping over 500 women (and yes plenty of men too!) build their strength, fitness, and confidence while balancing busy lives and the challenges of perimenopause and beyond.

It’s important for me to take the time to understand what you are going through, what your struggles might be and then support you on your journey.

I take a holistic approach to fitness - integrating strength training with nutrition and lifestyle strategies designed to support women through the different stages of their lives.

My mission is simple: to help women build lasting strength and cultivate confidence in themselves, while supporting their long-term well-being.
